Travel time around Chicago can vary significantly depending on traffic, time of day, and the exact project location. Sometimes. Jobs farther from Chicago can make sense when there's enough work to justify the drive, usually a full day or more. We look at the distance, the item list and the schedule, and we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth your money before you book.
For projects located farther from our normal Chicago and nearby-suburbs service area, an additional travel charge may apply. The amount depends on distance, crew size, project duration, and the number of required trips. Yes. Many of our jobs are inside managed buildings: office towers, shopping centers, strip malls and apartment buildings. We follow building rules for loading docks, freight elevators and work hours, and we can send a COI before the job. Include the building's requirements with your request.
